Returns and Refunds

We hope you'll love your item but appreciate that sometimes things can go wrong, although this is very rare. 

Please be assured that we will work with you to sort out any problems.

Please can we ask you to check the item carefully on receipt. If the item is damaged or unwanted please don't open the packaging. Instead please email customer.services@tidyproducts.co.uk within 14 days of receipt, and we'll sort things out for you.

Damaged or wrong product? We'll pay for the return postage.

Unwanted? You pay for the return postage.

When we receive the item back and all is well, we'll issue a full refund.
